Bronson toddler dies after backed over by father's pickup truck

A Bronson toddler died Sunday after he was struck by his father's pickup truck as it backed out of the family's driveway, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

Authorities say one-year-old Logan Holder died at UF Health Sunday after he was hit around 3:15 p.m.

Troopers say the child's father, 29-year-old William Holder, was backing a 1995 Ford F-250 out of the family's driveway when he backed over the child.

Troopers say charges are pending. The investigation is ongoing.
