Gainesville Fire Department puts out house fire during Hurricane Irma
GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WGFL) —
Gainesville firefighters put out a fire Monday, just an hour or so before Hurricane Irma was expected to bring its worst.
The department responded to 1516 NE 30 Ave for a house fire around 5 a.m.
The department tweeted the hurricane was no match for them.
Hurricane Irma no match for GFR firefighters as they made a great stop on this fire at 05:00.
