Officer Ben Tobias said a woman in her 20s hailed a ride from Uber around noon. He said the woman was talking to a friend on Facetime during the ride when she noticed the driver, Ricci, was heading the wrong direction down a dead end street.
Tobias said the driver told the woman, "We are just going for a little ride" and refused to turn the vehicle around until he noticed she was on Facetime.
Tobias said Ricci asked her if her boyfriend would be jealous and stroke her hair. He said she pulled away and he shoved his hand down her jacket, grabbing her breast over her shirt.
