Marion County Sheriff detectives arrest 18-year-old accused of raping two teen girls
OCALA, Fla. (WGFL) —
Marion County Sheriff's deputies have arrested an 18-year-old accused of raping two girls, ages 14 and 15.
Investigators have charged Cor'yon "Trapboi" Gillum with two counts of sexual battery in the unrelated cases. Detectives believe there may be more victims in the community who have not come forward yet.
Investigators say the two victims who have come forward are white girls, ages 14 and 15, who ran away from home. In the first case, detectives say the victim ran away from home to be with Gillum. They say he told her to get in the back seat of his car and raped her.
In the second case, detectives say the victim ran away from home and met Gillum at a house party. They say he took her into a room and forcefully raped her. Detectives say both victims positively identified Gillum.
Detectives ask that if you are a victim or know someone who is to call Major Crimes Detective Daniel Pinder at (352) 368-3508.
