Video: Naked Florida man accused of damaging, urinating on deputy's patrol car

Marion County Sheriff's Office.

Marion County Sheriff's deputies on Wednesday arrested a naked man accused of breaking a car door handle and urinating on a deputy's patrol car.

Deputies say they were responding to a crash at SE 81st Street and U.S. Highway 411 around 7:45 p.m. when they learned one of the drivers walked away from the scene.

Here's what happened next, according to the sheriff's office:

Deputies say they found 18-year-old Andrew Humphries, completely nude, walking down a street. The deputy, looking out for Humphries' well-being, got out to talk to him. The deputy put Humphries in handcuffs when he tried to open the driver's side door.

The deputy handcuffed Humphries and put him in the back of the patrol car. That's when deputies say he started pulling on the metal cage, causing $1,000 in damage.

Deputies arrested Humphries and charged him with one count of felony criminal mischief and one count of misdemeanor criminal mischief.

As they were leaving the jail they found out Humphries, before his arrest, had damaged another patrol car by pulling off its handle and urinating on the car.

Deputies say the damage to that vehicle is about $700.
