Two teens charged with murder in fatal Williston home invasion
WILLISTON, Fla. (WGFL) —
Levy County Sheriff's deputies have arrested two men in connection with a home invasion last week that left left one man wounded and his brother dead.
The sheriff's office on Tuesday charged 18-year-old Jalen Days and 17-year-old Andrew Robinson with first-degree murder, home invasion robbery and aggravated battery, Lt. Scott Tummond said. Tummond said both teens were found in the Lincoln Heights subdivision.
Both teens were arrested in connection with a home invasion at 4091 NE 212 Court just after midnight Friday.
Deputies found 27-year-old James Patterson and his 23-year-old brother Ramon inside the home with gunshot wounds.
Deputies say James Patterson died en route to the hospital. Ramon Patterson is expected to recover from his wounds.
The victims' sisters said James Patterson had just returned home from buying his children school supplies from Walmart.
