Winn Dixie parent company recalls Country Fresh produce products for listeria concerns


The parent company of Winn-Dixie has issued a voluntary recall of multiple produce products because of listeria concerns.

Southeastern Grocers, which also owns Bi-Lo, Fresco y Más and Harveys, is recalling multiple Country Fresh products "out of an abundance of caution." It says no illnesses have been reported at this point.

The products and corresponding UPC codes are:

SEG Tri Pepper Dice – 3825911565 (6 oz. package)

SEG Stir Fry Vegetable - 3825911781 (10 oz. package)

SEG Fajita Blend - 3825911785 (12 oz. package)

SEG Vegetable Kabob – 3825911592 (23 oz. package)

The packages have a “sell by” ranging between August 12th and August 20th of 2017. If you have one of these products you should throw it away or return it for a full refund.

Should customers still be in possession of the product, it should be thrown away or returned to any of the listed stores for a full refund.
