VIDEO: Woman falls from moving SUV in Tampa
TAMPA, Fla. (CBS12) —
Video of a woman falling out of a moving SUV is sparking a mystery in Tampa.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office posted the video on its Facebook page, asking people to identify the woman or the driver of the Ford Expedition. The video shows the woman falling out of the SUV and sprawled out on the ground in the middle of the intersection. The driver then picks her up, puts her back into the SUV and drives off.
According to WTSP, the sheriff's office located the SUV at a gas station.
The sheriff's office said late Tuesday the woman, Jaiya Lee, accidentally fell out of the SUV as her boyfriend, Marquis Mills, drove down the street with his sister and her one-year-old son. Lee had road rash. She told investigators she leaned against the front passenger door, which had been repaired due to previous damage, and fell out.
Investigators say based on witnesses and physical evidence no one will be charged in the incident.
