Florida volleyball dominates in win over Florida State
The No. 3 Florida Gators dominated in their win over No. 19 Florida State Tuesday night. After holding the Seminoles to a .106 hitting percentage, it was the first time they've held a ranked opponent under a .110 percentage since 2007. Also a No. 19 opponent, it was Santa Clara who were limited by the Gators September 1, 2007.
Carli Snyder saw her fourth double-double of the year with 12 kills and 12 digs, and Rhamat Alhassan and Rachael Kramer added on 10 kills each. The dominant performance saw a .317 hitting percentage, which was the third time in the last four matches they hit above a .300.
Before the sweep took place, the Gators entertained fans with a court projection.
Next up for Florida volleyball is SEC play. They're away this weekend to take on Arkansas before returning home for four matches.
