Two men have been charged in connection with a string of burglaries to several businesses.

Gainesville police arrested 56-year old Darrell Wells and 52-year old Terry Johnson on three counts of burglary and larceny.

Police say they burglarized several local businesses, including a a Gamestop where they stole a PS4, XBOX One and XBOX 360.

Police say the men planned the burglary together and broke into the store using a brick to smash the glass door.

" We were able to file two charges on each men at this point and that's gives our investigators time to slow down a little bit and form the evidence to get the rest of the cases going," Gainesville police spokesman Ben Tobias said.

Wells is being held on a $65,000 bond.

Johnson's bond was set at $75,000.
