The mother of a 14-year-old boy who died in a fiery crash on I-75 last week have filed a lawsuit.

The suit was filed in Palm Beach County Circuit Court on behalf of Jeremiah Warren.

The law suit will require the tractor trailers to be inspected as well as an in depth look into the driving record of both truck drivers.

The truck drivers were 59-year-old Eagle Express driver, Steve Holland, and New Prime Inc., driver 49-year-old Douglas Bolkema.

The accident began with Steve Holland and Gainesville woman Robyn Rattray colliding and crossing into the southbound lanes.

Hollands truck hit the church van carrying Jeremiah Warren.

The family is suing Rattray, Warren and Bolkema for wrongful death.
